• Walk-ins are welcome!
• Children ages 5-17 are welcome AND must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Racine County Public Health Division is NOT currently taking appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations.

• In-home vaccinations are available for homebound individuals living in Racine County through a partnership with the Aging and Disability Resource Center, Ascension, and Hometown Pharmacy.

​If you feel sick after being vaccinated:

• If you have symptoms immediately after vaccination AND you have not been exposed to someone with COVID-19:
  • COVID-19 vaccine side effects can affect your ability to do daily activities, but they should go away in a few days.
  • If your symptoms do not go away, call your healthcare provider to determine if you should be tested for COVID-19.
• If your symptoms go away, you can return to work if the following conditions are met:
  • You feel well enough to work AND
  • Are willing to work AND
  • Are afebrile (no fever) AND
  • Systemic signs and symptoms are limited only to those observed following COVID-19 vaccination (i.e., do not have other signs and symptoms of COVID-19 including cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or change in smell or taste).

• If you have COVID-19 symptoms immediately after vaccination AND you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, you should get tested and remain home until test results are back.
• If you get a COVID-19 vaccine and think you might be having a severe allergic reaction after leaving the vaccination site, seek immediate medical care by calling 911.

In addition, anyone may also directly report adverse events post-vaccination at VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System).
