Cribs for Kids

Central Racine County Health Department is an official Cribs for Kids partner agency and conducts safe sleep education in the community. Parents and caregivers can reduce the risk of sleep-related deaths by following some simple guidelines to improve the sleep environment for their infant. The safest way for your baby to sleep is by following the ABCs of safe sleep: Alone, on his/her Back, and in a Crib free of loose and soft bedding such as pillows, comforters, bumpers or stuffed animals.

Please contact CRCHD if you need help keeping your baby safe when they are sleeping. Portable cribs are available for Racine County residents who meet qualifications. To see if you qualify for a portable crib, please call (262) 898-4460.
