Food Safety Class

These six video presentations were developed to provide basic food safety information for people and groups who serve food to the public on a limited basis.  This would include volunteers of non-profit organizations like churches; religious, fraternal, youth, or patriotic organizations.  Additionally, operators of temporary food establishments will find this information useful as well.
