Racine County Public Health Division Community Health Assessment

Racine County Public Health Division must conduct a community health assessment (CHA) every five years, per Wisconsin Administrative Code, DHS Chapter 140. The CHA includes collecting, reviewing, and analyzing health data in the community. This report helps us understand the demographics, risk factors and health status of our community to help us make plans to improve our community’s health together. Data for this report was collected from a variety of primary and secondary data sources including state and national databases, community and partner surveys, as well as local public health data.
